If your order has already been processed or dispatched, we will unfortunately be unable to cancel it. In such cases, please refer to our Refund Policy.

If an order is successfully cancelled before processing, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

• Suspected fraudulent activity.

• Payment verification issues.
