Returns

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
